  • Cancellation policy
    We understand that sometimes plans change and it may be necessary to cancel your car reservation. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure you have the flexibility to change or cancel your reservation according to your needs. Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 30 to 60 days in advance will receive a 50% refund of the total amount. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are not eligible for a refund. Please note that this cancellation policy applies to all car reservations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.   • Tolls, Fines and Parking Tickets
    All our cars have sunpass installed free of charge. Sunpass is the device that makes it easier for you to pass through toll booths without stopping. Tolls are charged at the end of the rental. We will calculate the fees via the Sunpass website and send you the invoice.
  • Delivery and Return Instructions
    You have options for different car drop-off locations. Normally, the car will be parked in the airport's economy parking lot. You will receive check-in instructions via email before your trip begins.
  • Communication While Traveling
    All communication will be carried out by the R3 Rental Car team via WhatsApp, SMS and mainly by email filled out in the customer form. While traveling, it is very important to stay connected to your email. So make sure you regularly check your email and keep your device charged and connected to the internet. We will always communicate via text messages to keep a record of our conversations. No voice messages will be sent.
