We understand that sometimes plans change and it may be necessary to cancel your car reservation. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure you have the flexibility to change or cancel your reservation according to your needs. Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 30 to 60 days in advance will receive a 50% refund of the total amount. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are not eligible for a refund. Please note that this cancellation policy applies to all car reservations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
